I was using tap water to mark a gallon mark on a new container and mistakenly used tap water when I was mixing the new batch of calcium chloride mix. I am probably being over cautious, but should I dump this and order more, or will it be ok to use?

I’d still use it, unless you have reason to believe your tap water is unusually bad. Contaminants will be spread out over an extended period.
