Try and clear your cache. Sometimes I have to do this to get my tapatalk working again. For some reason it will pick one forum and not let me get on. Clear the cache then no worries. I know others that have to do the same

Mine just keeps saying "loading." Clear the cache in tapatalk? Is that the search history thing?

Nope, I log into the site fine with it, I can view the main page as well and any of the new unanswered posts. I'm not able to select a specific forum to navigate thru, the button highlights, but nothing happens beyond that. I am on an iphone btw.

Once you login the plugin quits working. If you are logged out the app works fine, but once you log in, you are unable to view the forums. Also, why have you restricted content? I could not find many of the forums that are available on the desktop version. Needs some work my friend. Rc works great so I know it's not the phone/app or myself, considering I run the Tapatalk on my boards I know a thing or two about its function.

We have not restricted any content. It may have something to do with the new tapatalk version 2. Are you using that?

If you go to the Settings in your phone menu and from there select Applications. Next select Manage applications, find Tapatalk and select that. You should see a button to press to clear cache

Works great for me. Maybe you need to update the app?

What I am wondering is if it is a iphone issue? It seems like people who are using Android phones the app is working for them. Wondering how many other iphone users are having problems too?

Once again not sure but it seems like its iPhone tt only. Yes, I'm using the updated version. Have you updated the Tapatalk on the site?

Cache was cleared multiple times, I reset all settings. I removed the app and reinstalled the app. Same thing. It works fine until I log on.

I resolved the issue. My app for some reason was not functioning properly, the bootstrap was failing to load the credentials properly. I uninstalled the app again, cleared my cache on the phone, restarted. Then I re-installed the app, now it seems to be functioning properly. Sorry to assume that the issue was site related. It was strange that other site were functioning normally tho that's what led me to believe the issue was elsewhere.
