Tariff Codes?

Does anyone know what tariff code is used for importing man made reef structures? None of the material used requires CITES permit.

I believe 6810.99.0080 covers it but don’t want any hangups through customs.

The rock is coming from Switzerland, if that matters.

If it's ceramic it might fall under chapter 69 instead of chapter 68. I don't think customs will be able to tell the difference though
