Yeah that's not the best page and I don't believe it auto refreshes. The best way to navigate all the auctions you're in at once is through the "View your bids" tab under the auctions header. From there, it will show any current auctions that you've bid on, regardless of whether you're winning them or not. Hit f5 on that page and you'll see everything up to date.
