Temp probe help

How can I enter it so it comes out to be in farenheit. I put farenheit and nothing. I got calibrate and enter new numbers and still low

The probe port will read ~20.9 F when it's not plugged in properly. Doube-check it's fully seated, and that none of the pins on the port are bent.
