Recently I made a purchase at liveaquaria. I bought 3 bags of reborn calcium reactor media. This was and is still pictured on their website:

This is what I received:

I contacted customer service with the pictures and was told "you got the right item" by two employees. I was offered no assistance or options of return or resolution. After spending thousands at liveaquaria, this will be my last purchase. I hope others think twice before giving their business to this place.

I would disagree that this is a tlf issue. Manufactures make changes to their products all the time; for better or worse. That's not the issue. My is was liveaquaria didnt update that information via their website to their customers. When they were notified, instead of owning up to it, the employees just gave a one liner of "nah that's the right stuff" and nothing else. I'm not asking for the stuff free or anything, but at least offer a return label for your mistake.
