So a couple more pics and information. For starters this thing is a beast. Industrial quality for sure, just pure aluminum and glass. It pretty much weighs as much as my 24" ATI Powermodule so there will be no issues hanging it.

As for the controller it's interesting as it is already US ready. Power is delivered via a USB cable to a basic 5V 1A wall wart. Because of this no 220V will be needed for that as I will just connect it to a usb phone power brick which I have many of. Also if you have an Apex you just connect the cat5 cable to the controller for the V1/V2 ports on the Apex and it will automatically go into 0-10V mode if there is a signal. So basically if you have an Apex, Profilux, etc. you do not need to connect it to the PC at all.

Also the unit is made entirely in EU. The fixture says made in Poland and controller is made in Bulgaria.

drool
turn it on lets go!!!!

Haha patience.

Ohh and this a preview of the tank and rock scape. I think this will put the light through it's paces as the rock will create a lot of shadows and it will get worse once the SPS grows out.

Can't wait to see the results! I do think many of the issues reefers have with LEDS are fully addressed here and this is an evolutionary step forward for the hobby.

Ahh, thanks Gus. I wonder when they will start importing a US version?
