I understand that this is a small business, but the customer service is above and beyond one of the best. I recently purchased one of the 4 tier frag racks and our fine USPS must not have understood what fragile meant. 2 of the 4 tiers were cracked in transit. When I discovered the damage I gave Andy a call and no questions asked, with the exception of a couple of pic's, replacements are on the way. He even offered to send us something for one of our NCMAS meeting raffles. Feeling bad because I know he was not at fault I went ahead and ordered a bunch of frag plugs to help ease the pain of extra shipping costs.

What a great guy and what a nice product, you will not find a nicer frag rack out there! BIG props to Andy, keep up the great work!

The Blue Glow, highly recommended!
