Heart of the Ocean $225 shipped
Believe it or not, this acro looks nicer than the picture shows. My camera cannot capture that insane fluorescent indigo blue color well. The titles says it. It's one of the bluest acros out there. I acquired this piece back in Spring 2016 as a slightly browned out deepblue/purple-ish wild acro only to be surprised by how beautiful it became later. Defying the presumed fate of a wild acro, it got its color back, or better yet, it acquired a posh indigo blue color bestowed with a layer of eye-pleasing fluorescence. In this age when multi-colored rainbow acros own the market, few single-colored pieces stand out as well as this one. I love blues and I collect all kinds of blue acros out there. This one and only this one has got so much attention when people come by to pick up frags from me. Many asked me to cut a frag right after they saw this coral. People who bought this coral from me liked it very well. One person wanted to buy another two pieces so he could jump start on a centerpiece colony. It does well in a wild range of nutrient levels - under ULNS it loses some of its deep indigo blue and has thinner branches while under normal nutrient level (~5) it has a darker blue and thicker branches.
Below is an iPhone pic when blues bulbs are turned off. To its right is Unique Coral's Ultra Blue Vermiculata.
Homewrecker(NFS) to the left, Walt Disney to the right, and HOTO lower middle.
I have my Heart of Ocean and BigR's Walt Disney cut to order. Prices are $225 for HOTO shipped, and $210 for WD shipped. Each frag would be approx. 1”. Prices are cheaper if you buy them as a pair. Standard DOA.
