I personally bounce back and forth, I cut down for summertime and have abs for 2 months, then eat insane amounts of calories for 5 months and get love handles back. My wife says she don't care but I can tell she prefers the cut version.

Though for many it might be grandpa bod, as I am 47, but have kids as young as 5; hence my reason for staying in some sort of shape.

Dad bod is a state of mind. You can have dad bod and be healthy as an ox. I’m 32 yrs old with 2 young kids I personally work out 5 days a week minimum because I want to keep up with them and they also help keep me active with the sports they are in. Just stay healthy folks don’t worry about dad bod
