Received my first order from the FisHotel, 5 dispar anthias and an orange spot goby. All I can say is wow. The quality of these fish put every other vendor I've used to shame. The anthias were so energetic and powerful they were jumping out of the bags and colander I used to transfer them. The only time I've seen fish this fresh was straight out of the ocean. Like when you catch a fish and can't hold onto it because it's flopping around so much. Highly recommended.
