When planning a new scape, do y'all plan around one centerpiece coral? I absolutely have to plan around Andrew's frogspawn. It's huge!!! He's upset that we have to remove it from his tank, but it's massive.

i planned around islands of stuff. Seemed more fun that way. I ended up with two anemones and some LPS. I still think reefing is a blast.

We're doing islands too. It's just smarter imo. Easier to remove unwanted things.

We decided not to cut the frogspawn because of the issues it had a few months ago. I'm afraid the skeleton may not survive fragging. We'd rather see it thrive in a 1200 gallon when need be.
