Literally took me 1 hour to build. 2/3 coats primer, 2 coats rustoleum spray paint. 2 years still going strong.

T5's could easily be retrofitted into the design where the cross members are supporting the hydras and led strips...

Just throwing ideas out instead of a typical wire look for the same cost as a kit. Food for thought.

My dad and I hung then. Gotta rip the t5 apart and fix the wire Bc the company didn’t level the hangers out properly

LOL! This is not my experience, but I have a very similar story involving a cat... :)

“So I woke up My dog is laying on the back patio covered in dirt with a rabbit in his mouth. The rabbit's not bloody, just dirty. My neighbor's kids raise blue ribbon rabbits. I instantly knew it was one of theirs. So I took the rabbit away from my dog, rushed inside, and washed all the dirt off it before my neighbors could come home. It was stiff but I heard some animals play dead when they are afraid but I couldn't remember which ones. I took it and placed it back in one of the cages in their back yard then I ZOOMED back home. Not 30 minutes later I hear my neighbors screaming so I go out and ask them what's wrong? They tell me their rabbit died three days ago and they buried it but now it's back in the cage.”

I hope y'all are having a good morning! Crazy week here. So much homework to deal with. Hippie kid is stressed out. He has managed to keep straight A's so far except a 39 average in social studies. There are several ungraded assignments. So many tests that we are cramming for because he missed the work. So unfair to him. He was in tears last night.

Also, a co-worker passed away last night. He had chf (like my dad) and a subsequent infection. I just talked to him on Sunday. I hope he is at peace.

Aww noooo! I know how that feels. It’s terrible and the teachers take no consideration into makeup work. Last year I missed 2 weeks with a 104-105 fever and they gave 2 days to do it. If he needs any help with work send it my way! I’m always willing to help!
Is he back in school or does he do it virtually?

Just send my lfs a picture of my larger frogspawn colony and he said it’s looking rough

Keep in mind it hasn’t been taken care of well over the last 3 years and was with old bio cube florescent bulbs that probably haven’t changed in 3-4 years

Will do! My lfs told me to bring the rough one in and they are going to try to recover it and give me ~$100-$200 for it depending how it colors or I can keep and frag it

It’s at my lfs for now. They are going to get it back to life and I’m going to take home a few frags and trade the rest. Trying to get a bunch of different corals to grow out rather then having a few large colonies

New baby spam. Second times the charm??
made sure on this one to let the LFS have it for 48 hours and they let me watch it eat. Then brought him home and immediately put it in the acclimation box with some sea lettuce and the little guy is thriving :)

the other new addition is an anemone crab who hasn’t found the rock flower yet
And....

a teeny tiny urchin that I can hopefully have for years and years and will finally help me rid this dang hair algae that never does a full outbreak but also will never fully go away
