The Powerhead and the Bubble Tip Anomie

SO I want to add bubble tips to the 55 gallon tank. and like some feedback on a powerhead under 100 bucks. (or so)
The tank is tied to my 220gal sys.
this is what I was looking at? With the PP8's you get 2 pumps? advice plz, want to buy

That might be to much flow, I’d go with the 2 Rw-4 instead.

They also have their version of the gyre which I just purchased and puts out a good amount of flow
