Western New England reefer meet up this weekend? $20 icp tests.
Thansk for the headsup! I'm still on the fence for FFM in CT. Want to go but my wallet's telling me I shouldn't and for once I may have to listen to it! FFM is Saturday or Sunday? I thought Sunday.

3 weeks of vibrant.
Progression.
Top shot is just now.
Bottom pic is 25 days ago.

Bubble algae is virtually gone.
4th 1/2 dose of vibrant today.

The density and color of the algae layers on my rock are a light hue now, appears to be die-off.

Glad it’s working for you. Do you plan on constant dosing with Yvibrant after it’s gone?
BTW nice score on your new Qt tank

Thanks bud.

No, my hope is I will get it to die off and cut it immediately to lower the risk of the side-effects popping up. I already run nitrates under 10. Dont wanna create an environment for dinos and cyano if I can help it.

Toys. All used or on clearance. Penny pincher.

Used Tunze ATO
New 4stage rodi (no more buckets!)
TDS probe (also does stray current and temp)
BRS Led refractometer
SKIMZ magnetic frag rack
Got a 50lbs box of fritz turbo salt mix too

I is a happy weefer today. Sump build purchases will start next week, and then I'll start a real build thread for the 125g.

It kinda hijacked the 55g's thread over time. Hehe

Some nice swag there Rich. I really like the Tunze ATO made life much easier. Old icecap burned me once too many times like the photo eye and mechanical float on the Tunze. Looking forward to seeing the upgrade on your tank come to life

Thanks bud. Me too. Finally get a proper filtration established and I'll be happy to sit back and leave it alone after that. Nervous but exciting times in the future.

Welp, got another item in from the list today.. and check out the tank...

Found the reason for my algae. Which was expected.

If I am correct, this reading equals out to po4 running at about .3, and I want it at .08

Yikes.
