Man, toy have some nice clams! I really like that small maxima (baby blue, black and gold) and the fine lined derasa is awesome!... And those green croceas.... And, and...

Im wondering what people think about running a clam only tank with bare bottom.

I run my tank bare bottom because of flow too. I did not like it at first, but now it's grown on me.

Also, if you ever get the dreadful pyramid snails, a sand bed makes them extremely hard to eradicate with a sand bed.

I would highly recommended a few Macropharyngodon sp wrasses (aka leopard wrasses) for these snails, as a preventative measure. They do require a sand bed to bury in a night or when startled.

Wow! I love this! I also would like an update. I like the overflow idea. It keeps the water surface smooth and skims a lot! Awesome tank!

wow great idea, i never liked the zero edge tanks beacuse you had to clean both sides of the glass but with this desig n it makes me want to build my own!!

I think one of the big tank manufacturers are going to steal this idea
