The Ultimate Coral Room

Hey everyone!
After being in the hobby for over 10 years I've always wanted a room dedicated to my addiction and plan on expanding my local coral sales online.
We recently purchased a house and im starting to build my coral room, me and the misses compromised on a 25' x 14' section of our large garage.
I do a lot of professional aquarium mainence and I've designed many many setups. One thing great about setting up so many tanks is learning what you like and don't like and what you would do and would not do.
So here goes....

Here is my build progress sol far, I worked in construction in high school so framing is a piece of cake!

Don't mind the mess on the other side of the wall, I moved everything over to have room!

After completing the framing I moved right into dry wall, I have extreme OCD so drywall is not my best trade, but it looks pretty good for my first time!

I'm in electrical phase right now, after owning a coral shop you learn that you cannot have too many circuits!
I have a circuit setup just for the lighting system and one for the sump and filtration.

I have basically an in wall wave maker setup in the middle of the wall that runs two circuits and each one will hook up to a different channel on my wave maker.
This will hide all cords and provide a much cleaner look.
Each corner of my two 8'x4' coral tank will have a powerhead in it to provide enough flow.

Now that we are up to date!
Next few days I'm planning on finishing electrical, insulating and painting.
My parts from my light system are sitting here now I may throw that together as well as finish up my salt mixing station.

Yes I have the tanks, I got them from a local store that closed down.
I do a lot of sps so the bulk of it will be acros.
I plan on adding a zoa system off to the side to keep dirtier.

Painting the walls tonight, I'm using a 100% acrylic exterior paint by behr to help incase it gets wet and prevent any moisture issues.

Sorry to disappoint tho, the plumbing will be very boring on this setup.
