They forgot to tell you about the work, disappointments, frustration, time out of your day, and DIAPERS that go along with the joy, pride, satisfaction and fun.

ALL IN ALL ITS BETTER THAN BLUE CLOVE POLYPS ARE CONTROLLABLE IN A REEF TANK!
It’s completely worth it, but wow oversold! :D

I have some bluish green (lightly colored) polyps taking over everything. Giant zoas nearly the size of button polyps.

It would take me about 20 hours to drive there.
Not worth it in my opinion. You could get them anywhere. Its not even worth the shipping cost. I bought a small piece for 20.00 and it took over. Now 8 months later all over tank and if combined about 100 X the quantity I bought.

What's the worst advice you have ever gotten when it comes to saltwater reef aquariums?

Untitled-9.jpg

When I first started doing research I found online that a Naso tang only needs a 75 gallon tank. It also said the fish get 18 inches long. Sounded ridiculous to put such a large fish in that size tank, so I called a random fish store. That was also a mistake, they said, "yea if that's what the website says, it's right"

Then, thankfully I stumbled upon this site;Happy
I have always gotten great advice here.
