Very accurate! My two do this as well, I love watching them feed and they’re so much braver now, they don’t hide when I’m near the tank even close to how often they did a few months ago.
Hopefully mine will live for 3-5 years as I’ve seen some others keep them for years.

Thug possum wrasse was looking to show his wr-butt-e this morning but couldn’t find the tomini tang. He decided he’d tough talk Mr. Pink Streak who was like “you gotta chill out man.”

Yep hahah! Sometimes it seems like a happy face, but other times I call it her “uh-oh” face. When I got her she was the tiniest little thing, barely bigger than the width of my thumb nail. She’d try and take down mysis shrimp that seemed impossibly large for her size. She’d choke em down and make that “uh oh, what have I done” face sometimes before spitting out a piece or trying to fit it into her belly haha.

I think it’s mostly the happy guzzling face now that she’s no longer emaciated and has packed on little size :)

Might need to get one. My old man (who loves wrasses) might find comfort and connection with a fish that looks like he saw some things in Vietnam lol
