Tough wrasse to keep. It's only a cleaner as a juvenile once it becomes an adult it's a corallivore... not reef safe at all.

Their behavior is the same as other Wrasses cleaners.
Eating frozen Brain Shrimp.
I didn’t notice at all, their attempts were jumping out of the aquarium.
Their temperament is much calmer than that of any Wrasse Halichoeres.

The Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse (Larabicus Quadrilineatus), also known as the Four Line Cleaner Wrasse. It is a cleaner Wrasse that is much more durable and longer lived than the traditional Cleaner Wrasse of the Indo-Pacific specimen.

Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse is a brilliant blue with four, horizontal, lighter blue stripes with purple trimming the tail.

As a juvenile, it will eat parasites from placid tank mates. It establishes a "cleaning station" often a cave or overhang, where it swims in a bobbing, dance like motion. Larger fishes come to the cleaning station to have ectoparasites removed. The Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse swims around the fish picking off and eating the parasites. Four Line Cleaner Wrasse grows up to 5 inches.

The Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse prefers a tank of at least 50 gallons with plenty of places to hide and swim. The Four Line Cleaner Wrasse should be kept in a tank with plenty of live rock, a sandy substrate, and a tightly sealed lid to prevent escapes. Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse will bury themselves in the sand to sleep or hide.

The Four Line Cleaner Wrasse is ideal for a reef aquarium, although, adults may eat ornamental shrimps. It should be housed with other peaceful species, but may become aggressive towards small, more docile species and peaceful wrasses.

The Red Sea Cleaner Wrasse is a predator. Their diet should consist of a variety of meaty foods, including brine shrimp, mysid shrimp, finely chopped sea foods and frozen carnivore preparations. Vitamin-enriched foods should be offered to help keep them healthy and their color bright.

I saw this yesterday in an article after looking into Astreopora montiporina (don’t know why this article appeared with that article about the Astreopora).

Meet the Flashers from Australia also, I hope someone else notices a mistake in one of the photo labels. Although I’m still trying to figure out what my Flasher is… No filaments have grown in yet and his colours are still not the best.

Wrasse dump!

All 3 fairies/flashers have displayed today which was stunning to watch, although I’m still unsure the species of flasher… The displaying wasn’t easy to see the colouring (The lighting wasn’t white white).
And of course, my most exciting update. The radiant, Look at those facial markings! Safe to say he’s a ‘supermale’

We have two new little magmas in our tank today! Hopefully they bulk up over a few weeks and can join our male soon. I’m really surprised they go after the big mysis.

Went to my lfs to pick up some mysis and ended up getting a pintail. Will have pics after he acclimates it from 18 to 26. Will have to reset my QT for the magma and naoke back to day zero.

Also had to pick up this helio. They have a tendency to crump 6-12 months in but couldn’t pass on this one. Has red stripes on many of the tentacles.

Guys, got two (magnificent, i think) new wrasses Cirrhilabrus solorensis and Bodianus bimaculatus , but they doesn't eat pellet yet. In the past, i've never had issues with wrasses and pellets, but these two are still not interested.

Any idea on how to move from mysis to pellet ?

We have an escape artist on our hands- she got out of the acclimation box overnight ‍. She seems to be doing fine though- swimming with the adult male we already had and eating- with an gorgonian hiding spot. Any thoughts on whether to let the second one out as well?

I would let it out so it isn’t third man out and gets picked on. Eventually they will transition and fight and you will have to rehome them. How large is the tank?
