The Wrasse Lover's Thread!

As soon as you love one… You just need a gang of them! Here’s all my fish, half of them are Wrasse. And of course videos of both tanks to show them all off :)

this is me in a shell. I researched wrasses then and made a king list of the ones I plan to buy. This hobby is to addicting :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Can anyone recommend a good aquarium lid that allows air exchange, mesh and glass or mesh and a good solid material? Ran into an over night issue, forgot to set my return pump to turn off over night and it over heated the tank. My leopard wrasse is just hanging out at the bottom of the tank now.
The six line wrasse is swimming just fine, I think it’s due to finding a borrow and slept / reserved energy over night while the leopard wrasse was swimming around

I accidentally set random book marks and figured I’d go through them to cheer myself up and this is the first thing I come across :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

I’ve had my Flavidorsalis nip me a couple of times… I now have to avoid his territory and my clownfish’s territory (although my clownfish is only a tickle the Flavi is a shock).
You think thats bad my lionfish keeps nipping at me (and anything else I put in the tank, tried to bite a test vial a couple days ago.)

I believe @OrchidMiss has a husky dusky.

Edit: apparently @Slocke has one too, and amazing pics if I recall.
The issue with my dusky photos is that my cameras autofocus struggles without flash and flash completely changes how the dusky looks.
Flash:

Sharing pics soon

Yep yours has fully developed its male coloration. He’s a perfect example of how beautiful this species truly is.
