When i got the fish from the airport i gave it a freshwater bath for 2.5 minutes. None of the fish have clouded eyes or anything and haven't since i've had them. That being said, i checked a couple hours after i posted this and the wrasse was swimming around, eating mysis and looked perfectly fine. So i don't know, maybe i'm worrying about nothingHate to stress the fish but if you catch it maybe consider a temperature matched tap water bath. Any eye symptoms in any of the fish? You mentioned chronic flukes. Neobenedenia? Maybe other internal parasites.
