I assume you mean a meleagris and a geoffroy? Both are leopards, fwiw.
So long as they are not both male, it should be fine.

I keep a Scott's with my other wrasses but it is not without a lot of planning. First off. Any other wrasse I introduce must be larger than the Scott's and able to fend for himself.
An acclimation box helps quite a bit.
My fish are well fed and seem to be less scrappy that way.
My Leopard girls keep the Scott's in line.
I have a huge reef with plenty of hidey holes and escape routes. Being as my tank is round, one wrasse can live totally out of sight of the Scott's if he chooses.

How big is your Scott's? They get quite large for Fairy Wrasses, so at some point, you won't find any larger!

I have a male potters and female meleagris and they do fine together. I've had the potters about 4 years and the meleagris about 2.

Last year I tried adding a small potters juvi female and the male potters was not having it... little guy was chased to death.

How big is your Scott's? They get quite large for Fairy Wrasses, so at some point, you won't find any larger!

Which is why I have 2 other tanks.
