I figured it out. It was my one-eyed orange spot goby. It was over 3 years and it survived being attacked by my falco hawk (thus the one eye).

Damage report:
Pocilopora almost fully dead. Was losing polyps when I left and is now mostly gone
Big frogspawn was upside down and unfortunately lost at least one head.
2 birds nests were knocked over. No damage to either and actually the newer one is looking even more healthy after it lost polyps due to too much light.
Some of the acros are looking a bit dull and without polyp extension but I don’t see any flesh loss. A couple are showing growth.
