There's something fishy about this build...

I made some pulled pork last week and wanted to try out a new BBQ sauce... This was bangin' on it with some coleslaw:

and to make sure it's reef related:

this might go great with some grilled tang
Love Japanese BBQ!!

Unfortunately, I am running low on sauces to put on this. I do have these though....

As for tangs
Better on the grill then in the tank IMO ;)

My tang farming effort is off to a slow start. They seem to be unhappy with my one tang per gallon policy. I'm thinking of just doing small tangs instead. What is the tang equivalent of veal?

Lionfish. Same attitude, less swimming.

I made some pulled pork two weekends ago. I didn't use sauce because it was amazing on its own!

12 hours in the smoker alternating hickory and apple wood chunks. I used mustard as the binder and Kinder Meat and Veggie Dry Rub.

My daughter used the leftovers to make a pulled pork stew and that was just as good as the pulled pork!

I mean I thought I did bad things but kinder….

Btw what do cannibals call their farms? Kindergartens

you may need your German English dictionaries for this joke

I had 3 10 pound pork shoulders in the smoker. You cover them in mustard, then coat with dry rub:

This is the one my wife picked up at the store.

After about 6 hours of smoking the roasts, I covered them with tinfoil and cooked another 6 hours or so to bring them to temperature, then pulled/shredded with two forks, then recovered and stuck it back in for another 2 hours at 180-200 just to keep it warm until it was time to eat.

It was juicy and delicious!

Side note, my hands smelled like mustard and spices for 2 days - I recommend using nitrile gloves.

I believe that tang is in too large of a system.
This might work.

You seem pretty optimistic the tang will fit but I think that glass is half empty
