Ha! I never called it a rainbow, for the record
I have one gigantic colony that is usually browned out as half is in the shade, and a small one that was really looking gorgeous until I chopped a bunch of frags off this week. It is another one that I've never been able to get a good photo of, though I haven't put in the effort with the new camera and a chunk in prime real estate.
Here's an old one I used to post, but it was taken with a previous camera that could not capture aqua green at all so it looks super washed out:
Your right it is hard to capture the beauty of this coral in a photo This looks okay but the tips are off
yep, mine is pretty low but pretty deep in that green base, purple tips. I can't get many more colors from it. Still a nice piece. Both of these pics you guys posted are "thermans rainbow"? if so there is a big difference in all 3 of theses pics. After it encrusted all the growth came out the sides now looks like krusty the clown.
Whoa, that’s gorgeous!Vivid's Rainbow Delight
@therman - amazing pics man . Looking really good !
The RMF bubble yum has never bloomed like anything that Jared showed when it first came out
Have you witnessed shading with the photon v2 ? Or rather the questions is how many units do you use over each of your frag tank to reduce shadowing of large colonies ?
