Your photos are beautiful. I have an old 7dii and 100mm macro lens in the basement I may need to dust off. I know you mentioned you’re using an orange filter. Do you know what kelvin you have your lights at during photo shoots?

I’m assuming this was directed at me? I don’t use an orange filter for my camera, I think mine are likely around 16000-18000K? Total guess though. It’s a crisp white with a little blue.

I still haven't been able to save up any
money (or sell coral) to buy some new coral…as a result my reef tank pics have super slowed down.

I may have to consider asking around to see if fellow hobbyists would let me take some pics of their tanks.

In the meantime here are a few new pics. I keep trying to push my limits, are these better or worse than some of my previous ones? Definitely open to feedback!!

Yesterday I spent some time practicing to get some really close macro shots. It’s much harder than I thought to get these kind of shots, but I think they turned out nicely.
