These clownfish are not making sense

Sup guys,

I have 2 clownfish, one you can tell is physically male and the other female. They have been with each other before they even had color, little guys. They have been together for 6 months now. They loved each other at first, then I introduced the anenome.

They fought and fought and fought over it. It decided to split, they were both occupying a side but now they both want both. They are constantly doing a rolling motion (looks like fighting) inside the anenome.

The male will tuck himself in and shake and what seems vocalize anger with her. Shes pretty nice for being dominant and gives in after a little bit, she then goes and sits in the back and has spasms. But she is definitely dominant, so that's the odd thing. She determines who gets food when, but he can be defiant. I'm wondering if I need to keep him out of the anenome so she can establish better dominance.

Other times they seem okay and can hang out together, it's odd.

I am going to get pictures and videos throughout today and tomorrow.

if the male continues to be that way it might end up switching teams and becoming the dominant female while the female might end up becoming the male if that makes sense
happened to me once but then it got super mean after becoming the female and it kept biting me
so i gave them both away

Check this out, she barrels towards him and leaves him.

I've been chasing him from the anenome this morning so he should try later today, I'll get a video of that then.

But this is interesting no? She seems to be okay with him?

Then here they are hanging out, they just fight over the anenome, and it's constant when they do.

Edit, actually it looks like he's trying to get to the anenome and she's stopping him lol

Male will do its dance that looks like it’s having seizures. That is the submissive dance. Unless they are ripping each other apart, physical damage they are okay for the moment. You will see damage to fins when things escalate. So keep an eye out for damage and plan accordingly. You might have to get rid of the male. What is the size difference?

A female clown will never become a male again. Once a female it will remain a female the rest of its life. Only male to female.

oh well mine were just stupid and changed in size then, one was regular and the other was black/ white which is how i distinguished them

Does this look like the male is forcing himself in? He does this often and sometimes she can't get him out, she usually chases him but sometimes he gets in lol
