Very cool, but how do they know it was 2000 years old? Did they do a cross section and count the rings?
 
Very cool Bryan!I wish I could tell how old my corals are...but Im a beliver that corals dont have a true age at all...Unless sexual reprodution happens with coral,till that happens,its the same coral.

its not like their surveys are ever even remotely close to being correct or even scientifically possible

bitter no but that actual fact bending half truths they continually spew as fact is a much larger issue.

The. Usgs produces thousands of reports certainly they are going to be wrong on occasion. In this case i thought the research was great, but did you read the report? If you did read it i am curiuos which part is the hal truth or scientifically impossible?
