Thing on my pj cardinal

Anybody know what this thing is on my pj cardinal, hes one of my favorite fish and i would hate to have something bothering him. Any ideas, flukes maybe?

It could be a missing scale(s) and a slight infection. Lets see if we can get some additional help...

Looks like scale damage/injury to me. What are the tankmates? Any sharp rocks?

I agree, looks like localized damage to me. Flukes don’t cause spots like that, you haven’t seen the cardinal fish scratching on rocks have you?

Havent seen any scratching but the two clowns i have used to bother him a bit but they have been content and i havent seen any aggression for quite a while, maybe a slight injury from something?

Probably the clowns - they are just unpleasant fish.
For now I’d just monitor if it gets any worse.
