I am going to weld this one at work where I can use a fixture table to keep it as square as possible. I will use a Miller
Deltafab MIG welder.

It helps when you have a jig table to build on and my fixture builder to help me.

Busy at work today and did not get to finish it. Top and base completed just need to attach the two.

Totally undecided on how to finish the metal.

Powder coat at work (we only spray red but i could spray can a top coat)
Take it to a local powder coater
Take it to our galvanizer
Spray it with liquid paint epoxy
