Thoughts and Tips on E Marco 400

I was wondering if anybody has used E Marco 400 cement to bond rocks for their aquascape. If so do you have any recommendations. I am upgrading tanks but want to use most of the live rock I already have. How strong is this stuff and do I still need to use acrylic rods or can I just build a temporary support and after a few hours just remove the support. My goal is to keep my rocks wet the whole time so I don't get died off. Any thoughts or suggestions.
