Tidal Gardens question

Today I got my shipment from Tidal Gardens. The coral I received was well packed and arrived on time.
On Tuesday when I made the order I mistakenly ordered a king midas zoas instead of the sub zero rhidactios mushroom. I immediately called them and told them what happened and the gentleman I spoke with said no problem we'll switch it out.
I emailed pictures of the coral that I received this evening. I'm hoping to receive a response tomorrow, I still want the mushroom.
Has anyone dealt a incident like this before? What was the result?

If you mistakenly ordered something, there’s no reason why tidal gardens should fix that issues. Unless they have you pay for shipping on the mushroom

A very solid vendor, I’m sure they will make it right just reach out to them. I’m fortunate enough to drive there and pick up my corals.

They are fantastic to work with. I made a large order and they accidently sent out a joker platygyra when I ordered a joker palythoa. I reached out and they immediately told me to keep the platygyra as a bonus and sent out the palythoa for free.

Right on. I have some loyalty to them. I have watched countless videos and learned a ton from Than. I ordered from them a few times. Never had an issue.

My sub zero rhodactis mushroom came today. He's healthy and grumpy from his travels, but I'll be adding him to my aquarium shortly.
For someone who was keen on getting mail order coral and fish the last month I've done a lot of online shopping.

I've ordered from Tidal Gardens a few times and they've always been great to work with. I'm hoping Than figures out breeding his Tuxedo urchins so I can put in an order for some for my incoming new tank.

I really liked buying from Tidal Gardens, the only that thing that stops me from buying from them is the lack of higher end acros or just more variance of acros.

I will buy from TG again. My Sub Zero Rhodactus mushroom is recovering from traveling and is a bit bleached out and they extended my warranty (not the right word) on it and have gone above and beyond my expectations.
