What are these little guys are they good, bad, neutral? The shells sort of look like mystery snail shells from freshwater but way smaller.

do you have trochus snails? They reproduce readily in our tanks and the babies do look like little mystery snails.

I have never heard of a bad snail before. So worst case you will have a really strong cuc, and plenty of shells for any hermit crabs you have.

I have many of them too, but they’ve never caused any problems.
At worst, they get into the pumps or the skimmer.

Probably collonista snails. They're harmless or potentially beneficial (outside of being small enough to crawl inside pump impeller housing...) but a population boom of them might indicate excess nutrients or a lack herbivorous competitors to keep their numbers in check.
