Can anyone give me tips on how to make my tank better I currently have a skimmer,HOB filter,power head, and heater it’s a 20 gallon led light live rock live sand pink bubble tip anemone clown fish conch urchin hermit crabs and snails of all kind

Age of tank, water parameters, water change amounts/intervals, all would be helpful to start!

My ph is 8 salinity 1.025 ammonia 0 nitrate 0

Personally I would add a bit more rock and more corals, maybe some macro algae. The tank looks kind of empty, it will help to add some color and movement. I would also point that powerhead upwards at the surface to help with gas exchange.
