I have just started as having trouble with cynao. I've got no pox by red Sea and vodka. But don't know which will work better

It also might be the optimal angle to get the most light depending on position relative to your light source.

Going upgrade my wave makers to rw-4s tomorrow see if it makes a difference. I've moved the coral from its prev place as it wasn't happy there. I'm only running stock t5s for a RSM 130d. I know they aren't the best but I don't know what lighting go to

Stock T5 lighting for that tank should be fine for Sarcophyton. You can enhance the lighting by purchasing some ATI bulbs or Giesemann.

Some softies especially leathers are great indicators of poor water chemistry. When I was battling dinos both softies I had went limp. Once that issues cleared up both stood up straight again.

I am struggling with cynao atm but after a week of dosing no pox I have seen no improvement. Hoe long does this stuff take to kick in? Shall I try bio pearls?

I have had the best luck with ridding cyano by first decreasing feedings while starting manual removal, increasing water change frequency, then dosing Chemiclean while keeping the reduced feeding schedule and manual removal.

Cyano is a bacteria not an actual algea. So no pox and vodka will do nothing. Chem clean will help but try half a dose first to see how your tank responds.

I don't think that its a concern. Mine does this. Hard to tell from photo, but it is bent forward.
