How old is your tank
Flow and lighting of your tank (including PAR if you can)
Tank parameters and what you are using to test them
How is the rest of your tank doing?
Photos of the rest of your tank
Any recent channges in your tank

Yes it looks like its dying which is a surprise for such a hardy coral. It needs good light, good amount of water movement, and nutrients. If you can answer the above questions it will help us to help you, but we can't help you otherwise.

Hello, thanks for answering.
My cubic 30 is currently 10 months old. I set indirect medium-high flow and a 30W light. This happened just a few weeks earlier when I noticed the tank had gone bad. Probably because of my cousin, he poured something into the tank. The rest of my tank is now recovered and doing quite well. Hammer, zoanthids, and yuma all seem to be happy. I haven't taken any test except for the salinity (1024), but sure I will.
