Too much flow for hammer?

Howdy! I wanted to get an idea of the flow on my hammer. I recently changed up the directions of my alternating powerheads and this is what I'm getting on my hammer, too much?

Thanks, I know there's a ton of these threads but it's really hard to gauge looking at other's coral...

Mine seems to be doing well with a bit more than that. The coral will let you know.

Just watch it a couple days, if it gets stringy or doesnt inflate all the way then yes.
