My tank plan is to be an SPS dominated tank but also love torches... since this is my most expensive piece of coral I would love to make it last and be happy.

Around the 1 min mark you can see it get whipped around quite a bit. I have 2 mp40's running around 30% in reef crest mode on my 70g 4ft tank.

No, not too much flow.
My torches get a lot more flow than that in my tank and they grow great.

i second that.
the goal is just to avoid blasting the coral with direct flow. Random, chaotic shifting flow keeps them happy.
