I replaced my 4 old school AC powerheads with 2 CP-150 Gyres running at 50% in Mode C (Random, I believe). Do you think it is too much flow?

92 corner with gyres mounted vertically at the overflow shooting down each side. It’s a mixed reef, but starting to lean more towards SPS.

what do you think?

Looks fine to me. If a coral is getting too much flow, it usually limits polyp extension even after giving it time to adjust to flow changes. Just avoid sharp direct flow. I have the CP-150, CP120, and 2 SCP70 in my systems and love them. Might even upgrade to the CP180 later, but for now everything is happy.

I have two 4k icecap gyres running at 10%-80% depending on the schedule it's on. My tank is 75g and my two frags seem ok.
