Too much sump flow for chaeto?

Just wondered if this was too much flow dumping over the skimmer section into the refugium section? I’ve seen some videos of people chaeto spinning. And I’ve seen others where it’s just a big mass.
disregard the wires. It was a trial run

Link didn’t work for me.

not sure you could have to much flow. Mine is packed in a small area and I flip the clump of chaeto once in awhile.

honestly you can have lots of flow or low flow whatever you have will work.
