Ordered a @Top_Lids for my IM 50EXT on October 17th. After doing some research on different lids I decided to go with them as they had everything I wanted without spending a fortune. I saw some forum members blast them a few years ago about lack of communication and long delays. I will say that my experience with them has been absolutely top notch. They have been in constant contact weekly for updates about my lid. Every Friday I would get a new email about where my lid was at in production. As of yesterday my lid was shipped and will be at my door on 11/14. What an amazing turn around time as I was expecting 4-6weeks! Thanks @Top_Lids i would definitely do business with them again. I’ll return for a review of the lid when I get my hands on it and it sees some use.

My two lids definitely weren't perfect (I had to 3D print my own light mount inserts since the ones they supplied had too large a gap, and the feeder insert didn't fit at all), and the communication back in July was horrendous, but they’ve tried to make it right since and even followed up with me twice, so that's nice!

Hate the idea of a lid due to limiting me doing maintenance easily, but I cant have an expensive fish jump. Will leave a review when mine arrives.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Top Lids. Messaging me after hours and on weekends. Gone well above and beyond

After I get them a few more measurements, they’re going to have custom cutouts for the Tunze Orca

Tyler @toplids was very responsive at all hour. Luckily im nearby and he even came by to fit the lid to my tank to ensure it was what I expected. I would have no qualms ordering from them again.

Still waiting for my lid 5 weeks in. I have a HelloReef tank and the lid requires no customization, but I think my lid will take the full six weeks.. hopefully, the wait will be worth it.
