I have a good on my main display so I rarely need to top it off but for my quarantine it’s a different story. Does TDS matter for topping off a quarantine because I have an RO filter for drinking? It’s around 50-80 TDS.

Yes. You need all water going in your tank to be 0 TDS. Full stop. The DI stage of a reef RO/DI setup will generally get you to that, usually. If your water source uses chloramines, you'll need a 4-stage RO/DI to get rid of that and bring you to 0 TDS.

What that 50-80 tds is could be inert or very harmful, so ya, 0 tds is best.
What if it is, say, 50ppm copper ... or lead, or some other harmful metal from your home's pipes?
