Torch coral looking weird

My torch corals look likes he’s been stuck in feeding mode for more than one day. He looks more shrinked and retracted. Yesterday I did spot feed him ab+ as usual.
Here are the picture in before and after. Is it a normal thing? Or is it something else.

Just checked parameters
Alk : 8.3
Cal : 400
Mag: haven’t checked hehe

It still looks quite healthy, corals and nems can retract slightly while “digesting”. Any other recent changes in nitrate or phosphate?

I did change the carbon yesterdat with a new one. But I don’t think it would raise nitrate or phos. And I changed it before feeding them.
