Torch coral losing tips

Hi, is it serious to lose tips for my torch coral ?Anything that can I avoid this from happening ?

Likely caused by:
Too much light
Too much water flow
High salinity
Low calcium
High mag
Temperature too warm

some things to check. Also inspect base of coral for any bugs or nudibranchs

I am having same issues but where the tip used to be i have like a black i would say like a scab.
Light 120 par
Flow is super low all other torches on same location are fine
Salinity 1.025
Calcium 430
Mag 1400
Temp 77f

Any ideas?
