Torch coral needs help!

The first few days were fine. Yesterday it suddenly got like this, then I soaked it in iodine and today it's still bad. Any suggestions?

Can’t see videos but the photo does not really look like an issue as long as it does not stay that way. A couple of my torches deflate when the lights go out then go back to normal after about an hour. Seems to be the black ones that do it the most and they have done it for years. Just keep an eye on it.
