Torch coral skeleton hole

i’m noticing some holes along this torch corals skeleton which seems to home some bristle worms. it’s not entirely closed up but it definitely isn’t extending at its full potential but the one head closest to it is probably irritated hence why it’s closed up. wondering if just a good brush and a good dip would help.. hopefully not some sort of euphyllia eating worm

I don't think that would be irritating the torch as they are pretty far down from the fleshy head, dipping could help but other critters will probably move in eventually.
