Torch dip problem

Just received a dragon soul torch I dipped in seachem reef dip iodide and placed in the tank it opened up good and looked well. A few days later I dipped it in 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and tank water for 5 min. to remove algae after the dip it went back into qt and it formed air bubbles in the tips of each tentacle I literally watched on tentacle pop in the qt.
has anyone seen this before? Or has anyone dipped torches this way before ? Also any suggestions about recovery?

I think the torch dips are for the skeleton and any frag plug and not the animal?

Some coral can take peroxide and some can't. I've killed my share with it. As you see, a touch is not a good candidate. Sometimes I'll use a syringe to spray the skeleton, but I wouldn't dip the flesh. Touches are somewhat delicate in my experience. My dip: Bayer then Seachem Reef Dip (iodine).
