Torch getting eaten alive! Little muncher ID needed! Thanks

My favorite torch started to retract a bit recently, and after dark I shined a light on it to see these little critters. Gave it a good dip and moving it to the bottom of my sandbed to recover until I get it into a clean tank I'm starting. Does anyone know what these are? I don't have acropora in the tank with them, they are like little clear versions of redbugs or something.... they're really doing some unkind things to my coral. Thanks in advance

Hard to see but look like amphipods which are harmless.
