I’ve had this torch almost 3 years now. Was one of the first corals I added to my tank. Sadly it’s been better, was huge but I knocked it over and brown jelly did a number on it. It’s regrowing though and repositioned. Doing well. Never seen growth like this though. It’s budding a new head from the skeleton instead of splitting heads like I’ve always seen. Pretty neat.

I’ve had a torch do this and eventually the heads dropped off. I tried glueing them and they ended up peeling off the plug and got sucked away. Not sure if yours will do this or not.

Interesting. Hopefully it stays attached but I’ll def be keeping an eye on it.

I have a picture somewhere. But one day I was looking at my tank from above and saw all of these tiny green heads in the holes in my rock where the torch was. I used tweezers and pulled one out, tiny torch droppings. Hopefully yours stays attached.
